Since the early phase of production in 1985 the Company established a training center for the sole purpose of promoting the capabilities of the Saudi youths who are graduated from vocational institutes, industrial secondary schools and technical colleges in line with the company’s policy for nurturing confidence in them and pave their way for further improvement of their skills in industrial field for complete Saudization of the plant, For this purpose the training center is equipped with modern training facilities, simulators and computers as well as contracted with two world famous companies for developing special syllabus for cement industry.
